The English team got off to a disappointing start against Pakistan, and their first wicket fell for four runs, with Oli Pop falling to Naseem Shah for a wicket.
However, after the fall of one wicket, Zac Crawley and Joe Root batted responsibly and remained at the crease till the end of the second day’s play.
At the end of the game on the second day, the English team scored 96 runs for one wicket, Zach Crawley 64 and Joe Root not out for 32 runs. England have a deficit of 460 runs in the first innings.
Pakistan’s first innings
