There are signs that the troubles of Pakistan’s aggressive batter, Fakhar Zaman, may soon come to an end.
The national batter has clarified his position in response to the show-cause notice issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Sources indicate that the PCB’s stance has softened, and progress on Fakhar Zaman’s issue is expected in the coming days.
Pakistan white-ball team captain Mohammad Rizwan has also advocated for Fakhar Zaman’s return to the team. The PCB issued a show-cause notice to Fakhar Zaman for making a statement regarding Babar Azam being dropped from the team.
