India has announced the squad for the Test series against Australia. According to reports, the Indian cricket team will play a five-match Test series in Australia, with the Border-Gavaskar Trophy starting from November 22. Rohit Sharma will lead India’s 18-member squad, with Jasprit Bumrah serving as the vice-captain.
The Indian team includes KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Sarfaraz Khan, Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep, Prasidh Krishna, Harshit Rana, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Washington Sundar, and Abhimanyu. The Indian board has also announced three traveling reserves for the Australia tour: Mukesh Kumar, Navdeep, and Khaleel Ahmed.
Earlier, India also announced a 15-member squad for the T20 series against South Africa, to be led by Suryakumar Yadav.
