PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi addressed concerns about potential changes to the national squad ahead of the 2025 Champions Trophy. He confirmed that the selection committee is reviewing the team and has the authority to make adjustments. Naqvi also highlighted plans for infrastructure upgrades, including the completion of a new five-star hotel at Gaddafi Stadium and a redesign of the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Additionally, VIP boxes at the stadium will be rented out for six years. He also assured that visa issues for Dubai are resolved for the Champions Trophy.
The Champions Trophy is set to take place from February 19 to March 9 in Pakistan and the UAE, with the official opening ceremony on February 16.
